Damaged/Incorrect Order
**For our custom printed products at Gear Trolley, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.**

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at info@geartrolley.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you.

**If your product is custom printed we do not take returns, We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.**


**Any Custom Printed items you are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.**

You have 30 days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your items for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Clothing and Fashion items:

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable
  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

  • You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please email info@geartrolley.com for assistance before returning.

  • All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form, you may email info@geartrolley.com

  • Return packages must include a return request form OR packing slip. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
  • Gear Trolley is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

  • Gear Trolley is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@geartrolley.com for further instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact our Customer Support Team to request a return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
